Your Guide to WellBeing

Hello, I’m Daisy

As a Registered Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist and Nutritionist, my aim is to help you feel like the very best version of yourself. I do this by empowering you to take charge of your health through carefully tailored solutions that reflect your unique needs and circumstances.

Instead of leaving you to sift through overwhelming and conflicting generic advice, I provide personalised, evidence-based support that saves you time and effort - and offers clear, practical steps forward.

Many of my clients come to me after years of living with ongoing health challenges. Rather than simply masking symptoms, I work with Naturopathic principles to identify and address the root causes, creating lasting improvements in health and wellbeing.

Through research and clinical practice, I support a wide range of concerns including PCOS, PMS, endometriosis, perimenopause, diabetes, skin conditions, hormone and menstrual-related problems, weight-loss and support alongside GLP-1 agonists and digestive issues.

Because there is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ solution, my recommendations are always designed to fit into your individual lifestyle - taking into account your home environment, work schedule and stage of life. My approach is never about rigid restrictions or rules; it’s about realistic, sustainable and enjoyable changes that bring long-term benefits to both your health and your happiness.

A Personal Touch

Get to Know Me Beyond the Practice

With over 20 years in wellbeing and beauty, I wanted a career that truly impacted people’s lives. Growing up in North London, I loved exploring new foods and cooking with my dad. After moving to the countryside, I missed the city’s variety and spent hours immersed in cookbooks—a passion that continues today.

In my late 20s, Chef MD’s Big Book of Culinary Medicine transformed how I saw food. Studying naturopathic nutrition confirmed I’d found my path. Many of my clients have spent years coping with fatigue, IBS, painful periods, or chronic pain. Seeing how small, tailored changes can dramatically improve their lives is the most rewarding part of my work.
