While naturopathic nutrition may support the body’s natural functions, no guarantee can be made regarding outcomes, results, or improvements in health.
The Naturopathic Nutrition Practitioner
Naturopathic nutrition advice will be tailored towards presenting symptoms and health concerns.
Naturopathic nutritional therapy is not a substitute for medical or other professional advice.
Naturopathic nutritional therapy cannot diagnose medical conditions.
Where functional testing is recommended, these are carried out by independent third-party providers. Your naturopathic nutrition practitioner is not responsible for the accuracy, costs, or delivery of these services. Support will be provided in interpreting results, but responsibility for acting on the advice remains with the client.
Any recommendations for supplements, herbal medicines, or homeopathic remedies are intended to support your health but should be taken as directed. Quality, safety, and effectiveness of products supplied by external companies remain the responsibility of the manufacturer or supplier.
The Client
You are responsible for contacting your GP or specialist about any health concerns you may have.
Please advise your GP, and any other natural medicine practitioners you are consulting, of the naturopathic nutritional protocol you will be following. This is to stop any adverse reactions.
It is important to tell your practitioner about any medical diagnosis you have received, and prescription medication, herbal medicine, or food supplements, or over-the-counter medication you are taking as it may affect the naturopathic nutritional programme.
If you are unclear about any part of your plan, then you should contact your practitioner immediately for clarification.
Your naturopathic nutritional programme and supplement plan will have a time frame and you should not continue with the recommendations outside of this unless agreed by your naturopathic nutrition practitioner. This is to avoid any adverse reactions.
Please report any concerns about your programme to your naturopathic nutrition practitioner for discussion at your next consultation.
The consultation will last up to 2 hours (initial) and follow ups are up to 1 hour. For in person appointments please arrive 15 minutes prior to your consultation.
All provided information if confidential and stored in line with GDPR guidelines. Information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
Consultation fees are due at the time of booking (or as otherwise agreed). At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling; otherwise, a cancellation fee may apply.
Your practitioner accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury alleged to be suffered as a result of following naturopathic nutritional advice, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
